I respect eBay and I originally built my business on ebay but as a professional seller, I am extremely dissatisfied how I can interact and have a personal relationship with my eBay customers. For my £20 per month, there’s no customisable engagement ability, I can’t write automatic emails explaining where to get user guides etc or just keep them informed unless I go through one-by-one, I can’t keep them informed about delivery issues en-masse and actually, the Ham Radio category doesn’t allow me to list products with variations, eg 7m, 10m, 12m, 18m poles etc. And eBay also seems to accidentally encourage customers to get angry and demand their STUFF!
