How to POTA in Washington DC – After Action Report on the National Mall and Other Sites

I spent 6 days in Washington DC and activated 3 POTA sites in 2 activations on and within the National Mall. This is my after action report and brain dump of how others can activate easily and with minimal hassel from the public, police and park rangers.
