Monitoring NC Traffic on 7232 kHz via WebSDR

7232 is the NC ARES Tarheel Emergency Net frequency, but it doesn’t appear that the traffic I’m hearing is officially an ARES net – more of an ad-hoc net with mostly INBOUND health and welfare info.
