Michael, K4MKF, is trying to ground his station and bond his utility ground to his station ground. The problem is that the utility ground sits in the middle of some concrete with no acces to real ground for the bonding wire. He asks Dave what the best options are when burying the bonding wire is not really an option.

Richard had to remove his MFJ-1625 from his balcony but came up with a different idea. He modified the antenna so that the original coil sat at the top and placed a second coil at the base. He provides Dave with some data from the antenna and asks for his opinion on the setup.
