The Amateur Radio Emergency Preparedness Act is about to be reintroduced in Congress. Yeah, ‘Don’t Call It Parity 2.0’. We reviewed the act last Sunday – just us pundits. On this show, we have two of the Committee members who crafted the Act. We’ll find out how the sausage was made, and what they expect.

One thing for sure: it’s going to be expensive. The opposition will be well-funded with lobbiests. Can Ham Radio’s effort match that financially? Well, no. But the ARRL will need SOME resources.
