HamRadioNow’s East Coast Host, Gary K4AAQ, gave a presentation on Digital Voice for VHF/UHF at the 2023 Charlotte Hamfest. And pretty much just because he spent so many hours preparing a one-hour talk, he decided to spend even more hours making this version.
