Here is how I fixed the P0446 trouble code on my 2007 Chevy Suburban by replacing the fuel tank pressure sensor. This should be similar for the Chevy Silverado, Avalanche, Tahoe and Suburban as well as the GMC sierra, Yukon, Yukon XL and Cadillac Escalade.
