This returned Retevis RT95 / RT95 mobile ham radio arrived missing a couple of accessories, including the power cord and programming cable, but the radio itself looked clean. So the question became: was this actually broken, or was it another Amazon return that worked just fine?

I also talk about replacing missing accessories, testing with a dummy load and watt meter, and why a radio showing an error may not always mean something is actually wrong.
