Cheapest Tilt-Over mechanism you can find. Strong, brilliant and available anywhere in the world! If you went down this route, the hinge point needs to be slightly higher off the ground so that when your antenna, (say DX Commander) is layed down, the ground and driven plates (SO239 etc) have some room. So ideally, block it up by say 100mm / 4-inches off the ground with with long bolts or a lump of wood. Love it! 73, Callum.
PS – YouTube slow with the Subtitles / Captions. I will update as soon as they materialise. C.
Using the club call, M0XXT again, I’ll be on 40m, 20m and maybe let’s try 15m and 10m too? Join in, call me or just chill out on the live-chat. 73, Callum.
I just got lucky on this one. This is an unedited / 6-minute segment of my CQWW entry on 10m band. Saves you scrubbing through nearly 10 hours of video! Callum.
CQ on left VFO and Multi Searching on Right 🙂
This one control knob can make you sounds GREAT or it can make you sound really BAD! Understand it and use only just enough. SDR link: http://websdr.org/ 73, Callum.
I wonder who we can pick up today on my Ham Radio gear? Join in, follow the chat or just chill whilst you work. I don’t mind. Regards, Callum.
Stacked Verticals.. Will a T Piece Work? You tell me! And do we phase multiple (vertical) elements together and make the most powerful CB antenna in the world? All good fun! Callum.
Keeping track of changes when you are tuning ANY antenna is critical. Don’t rely on your memory for what you did, write it down. This is how I do it. Callum.

This is the 15m, 12m and 10m top as previous videos but with a separate feed to a ground-mounted 40m and 20m dual-vertical. Let’s give it a good test and see what happens. PS – I’m using M0XXT again for QSL purposes. Callum.
