BuddiHex Antenna Is A Winner! ARRL Field Day 2022

Field Day is a great time to shake out antenna systems and see which ones are worth the time and money. This year, I got to deploy the BuddiHEX with very little prior experience. Going so far that my first assembly was done on the Field Day site. Spoiler Alert: What a fantastic antenna!

The amount of things that went wrong on making this activation will fuel future videos as I learned a LOT. The first is, when your traveling by car, bring ham radio tools. At least have a multimeter. Also, a tiny backup radio and power source is never a bad thing! Big thanks to Julio and the rest of the team at Gigaparts Las Vegas!
