Swapping the FlashForge Creator 5 from 0.4 mm nozzles to 0.25 mm nozzles made a much bigger difference than I expected. The Creator 5 is already built for detailed multi-tool printing, but the smaller nozzle really shines on tiny features and lettering that can get lost with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle. I’ll show the results, talk through the tradeoffs, and help answer the bigger question: should you switch from a 0.4 mm nozzle to a 0.25 mm nozzle for detailed 3D prints? The answer, at least for these prints, was good enough to earn the toughest certification in the shop: wife approved.
