There is a way to program the Quansheng UV-K5 with CHIRP.

This is a workaround for now until Chirp supports the radio.

Want to get your Amateur Radio license in Australia?
Silvertrain has a new course starting shortly conducted by Fred Swainston via remote (Zoom). Please pass this on if you know of someone interested.

"I am providing an Amateur Radio Foundation licence training program commencing on Monday 19th June 2023. For those who are interested in this program please express interest via email trainsafe@silvertrain.com.au. More information will be provided.

The program will be over three consecutive Monday evenings commencing at 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and run for approximately 3 hours.
There is a fee for this course of $10.00. Study resources will be provided.
