So what is this radio actually for?

• Who this radio makes sense for — and who should absolutely skip it
10 meters was quiet during filming, but that actually helped reveal the real intent behind this radio. This isn’t a repeater rig. It’s not a DX tool. And it’s definitely not trying to be a traditional ham radio.
Think simplex, local comms, truck-to-truck, off-road, or CB-adjacent users who want more control.
If you judge it as a bad ham radio, you’re probably right.
If you judge it on what it was actually built to do… it starts to make a lot more sense.
