In this video, I tackle one of the most overlooked but biggest headaches for full-time RVers and ham radio/CB operators: how to mount an antenna without ground radials getting destroyed, space restrictions, or constant setup hassles.

Using a simple trucker mount, a U-bolt, and some lightweight aluminum Unistrut, I’ve built a solution that keeps your antenna secure, portable, and stress-free — no matter where you travel.

Working The ISS The Easy Way

The CSNTechnologies S.A.T. along with 2 Yagi Antennas & a Rotator sure makes working Satellites super easy! We had 2 Yagi antennas that were dual polarized (I don’t know the technical name for that, but they had both vertical and horizontal elements on them), one for 2 meters, one for 70cm on a mast with a rotator connected to a CSNTechnologies S.A.T. box that is connected to the rotator, then connects to your computer via web browser and we had an Icom IC-9700 that was also controlled by the S.A.T. box. That thing controls the rotator, azimuth, elevation, CAT control, everything. The software shows what satellites are coming up and you literally click on which one you want to work and the S.A.T. box does the rest. It was really cool to just pick a satellite and work it!
