My ICOM IC-705 is here! This is quite the cool little multi-tool ham radio! It is impressive in many regards, but I have found the ease of use to be amazing.
Firmware updates on ham radios. For some it’s no big deal. For others like me, its a half hour of shear terror as ride the knife edge to a glorious updated ham radio or a $400 brick.
