Icom IC-7110: The New 100W HF/VHF/UHF All-Mode Radio
The Icom IC-7110 is Icom’s new HF/VHF/UHF all-mode amateur radio and the successor to the IC-7100, previously teased under the X-026 project name. How to Change Nozzles on the FlashForge Creator 5 (& Pro)
Swapping the FlashForge Creator 5 from 0.4 mm nozzles to 0.25 mm nozzles made a much bigger difference than I expected. In this video I replace all four nozzles, reload the filament, and compare real 3D prints so you can see what changes when moving to a smaller nozzle. If you’re wondering whether a 0.25 mm nozzle is worth it for fine detail, small text, logos, badges, or multicolor 3D printing, this comparison shows the practical difference instead of just talking about layer lines and theory.

The Creator 5 is already built for detailed multi-tool printing, but the smaller nozzle really shines on tiny features and lettering that can get lost with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle. I’ll show the results, talk through the tradeoffs, and help answer the bigger question: should you switch from a 0.4 mm nozzle to a 0.25 mm nozzle for detailed 3D prints? The answer, at least for these prints, was good enough to earn the toughest certification in the shop: wife approved.
