Joe, WB2ZDB, has been watching for a while to get back up to speed on the "new" stuff within ham radio. But his question is "Is it legally permissible under FCC regulations to modulate an FM carrier,… with a single tone and produce a quasi CW signal that could be detected on a regular FM receiver?"

Frank, KD9FRT, has a EFHW 80-10 antenna between 2 trees but its very low. He is pretty sure he needs to raise the antenna so the trees won’t interfere but he needs some pointers. Watch to learn more.
