This is a really easy antenna to build. Wether you are new to Amateur Radio, or just want an easy to deploy 2 Meter antenna for out in the field, this is a great project.
Here is the link to the antenna calculator I used. Be sure to scroll down a bit to see the diagram of the 70 MHz Slim Jim constructed with 450 Ohm Balanced Feeder. I made a homebrew Ham Radio antenna mount for my ham sticks that I could use in the field or with POTA. It was a bit more work than it should have been but I think the concept is good.
