How do we "promote" amateur radio to others? Let’s face it, we have all seen those images of Amateur Radio and it is these myths that we need to actively work to dispel!
Justin VK7TW has only been licenced for 36 years and has been involved in the ICT industry mainly in Government for over 40 years. Justin has been and is currently the President for our local club who is hosting this Conference, on and off in various other roles for about 22 years and is a life member of REAST. He spent two years as President of the WIA in 2017/18 and is still involved at a range of levels and committees. Justin’s interests in amateur radio are broad from 630m to 10GHz, optical, education and promotion of this great hobby.
