Quick 10-minute special about my studio – I quickly cover cameras, lighting, sound and some of the tech. I use this for both making videos – and recording / playing music in my band and generally chilling out (I have a projector and electric screen for movies!). Cheers, Callum.

Yes, I was surprised too! It works well with ham radio applications. It is light on power consumption and charges on 12 VOLTS (13.8)!!!

Today, we are starting slightly later at 13:00 local (12:00 UTC). SOme 40m, 20m and who knows, maybe up higher still. One day we’ll do some VHF too – but I had an accident with my VHF coax! Using callsign M0XXT and logging with N1MM software. 73, Callum.
(Not a ham radio video.) Part of any pilot’s training is a solo cross country. Here’s a glimpse of mine from Blake Field in Delta, Colorado, (KAJZ) to Mack Field in Mack, Colorado, (10CO). The video covers the outbound portion. We also get to listen to an airborne emergency for another aircraft with engine trouble, who is able to land at Grand Junction (KGJT). For once I finally have proper sound, so you’ll hear my commentary.

This was an awesome event that I really enjoyed. Special thanks to @Red Summit RF for setting up the trip and planning everything. I liked this type of video series too, and have had some positive comments about it, so I plan to do it again soon.
