The KM4ACK EFHW Antenna

The KM4ACK EFHW Antenna

One of the more versatile antennas out there, the End Fed Half Wave, is a great option to carry. This antenna is extremely portable, easy to setup and works on 40,20,15,10 ham bands without a tuner. The secret sauce is harmonics and some matching characteristics on those bands. Let’s get it built and tuned today, so we can play tomorrow!

Use a Crossband Repeater Instead (#513)

Ken, N2DF, is having trouble with his HT because of his metal house. He is unable to connect and communicate. He is wondering if he can the end of a feedline from his Vertical from the top of his roof, and connect it to another antenna inside the house so he could rebroadcast the signals in his house?
