Yaesu has announced a new HF/50MHz 100W SDR Transceiver – The FT-710 AESS. The new FT-710 AESS is estimated September 2022 and comes with new innovative features.

Getting a wire in the air isn’t always easy, and I’ve made plenty of mistakes. Here is the video noone asked for, a complete brain dump with everything I know about getting your pole up so that you can get that logbook loaded up with sweet sweet DX.
So with Yaesu Japan releasing the news of the FT-710 for the Japaneses market there was some confusion to what the U.S. version would be. The next day Yaesu USA released their info on the U.S. version. In this video I try to clear up some of the confusion and show the little we know for sure is included in this new radio.
