My friend Brian Betz W7JET invited me to join him in the co-pilot seat to do a Summits on the Air activation near Show Low, Arizona. We flew to Show Low early in the morning, hopped into the xTerra at the airport, stopped for breakfast and then hiked Saint Peter’s Dome. This 10-Point summit is a really steep cinder cone covered with pines. After the activation, we sauntered to lunch and then back to the airport. What a way to do SOTA! Conditions were great and we both enjoyed the time on the air with our ham radios.

Private Note to my QRM Station

We have had three stations that QRM me. We have used KiwiSDR to track down two of them. This station is the newer one and we are close to tracking him down too.. I would prefer that we didn’t have to try. Anyway, I say it all in the video. I’m not angry, I just want to understand him and help him out.
